This Website is operated by BudTrap International Pty Ltd, (“BudTrap), contactable at Po Box 279, North Sydney, NSW 2059 Australia. Your access to and use of this Website is subject to the following Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) and all applicable laws. The terms “BudTrap”, “we”, “us” and “our” when used in this Privacy Policy means BudTrap International Pty Ltd. The terms “you” and “your” when used in this Privacy Policy means any user of this Website.

What we Collect.

We collect the e-mail addresses and certain personally identifiable information of those who communicate with us via e-mail, twitter or register with us to open an “Account” or request a “BudTrap” product. We also collect certain aggregate information regarding which pages users access or visit, and information volunteered by the users (such as any surveys BudTrap might conduct and/or site registrations). When you register or undertake a survey on the BudTrap Site we ask for the following information: your name, facebook contact, email address, twitter details and billing or postal address. When you submit information, you are transferring such information into the Australia and you here by consent to such transfer. Each Account holder is assigned a unique user name and password, which is required to access their Account. It is each user’s responsibility to protect the security of his or her login information. We have attempted to protect the BudTrap servers by locating them areas with security procedures, using of firewalls and implementing other generally available security technologies.

These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of data, but NO GUARANTY CAN BE MADE THAT YOUR INFORMATION AND DATA WILL BE SECURE FROM INTRUSIONS AND UNAUTHORIZED RELEASE TO THIRD PARTIES.

BudTrap Buddys and Sharing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your contact details and are responsible for all activities that occur thereunder.

Compliance with Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

Due to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (which is available at http://www.ftc.gov/ogc/coppa1.htm) you must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use this Service. You must provide current, accurate identification, contact, and other information that may be required as part of the registration process and/or continued use of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Service password and account, and are responsible for all activities that occur thereunder. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose Personally Identifiable Information about visitors under 13 years of age. BudTrap reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without notice for any reason.

Changes to this Policy.

BudTrap may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by posting a prominent notice on the BudTrap Site and possibly sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Account. We do not intend to reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect most such changes will be minor. Governing Law.

This Privacy Policy forms part of our Website Terms of Use and as such shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales in Australia without regard to conflicts of a law principles. You hereby consent and waive all objection to jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of the state of New South Wales and to venue therein.
